1 pk yellow melon 1 pk orange melon 120 g ringloty 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp vodka

1. Peel the melons, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Wash the ringlots, de-stone and cut into smaller pieces. Throw the melons and the ringlots into the pot. 2. Add the water, season the soup with salt, pepper and vodka and cook over a low heat. 3. Blend the cooked soup into a smooth cream and leave to cool.
