Mediterranean style fish papillote

Ingredients: 4 servings
480 g salmon fillet 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half 2 tablespoons drained carp 12 pitted black olives 1 small red onion 1 bell bell pepper 2 garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine 4 lemon slices Aromatic herbs to taste 1 zucchini cut lengthwise Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by washing and chopping all the Vegetable Recipes, then mix the garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Form 4 papillotes by placing a salmon fillet, some tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, herbs and a few pieces of zucchini and some of the oil garlic mixture, not forgetting the lemon slice.
Pour over the white wine and close the papillotes then put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°.
At the end of the cooking time serve in plates by opening the fish papillotes in the Mediterranean way from the top, pay attention to the steam that comes out.
