Meatloaf in potato pancakes

For this recipe we can use the leftover meatloaf from the previous day, or we can also use newly baked meatloaf, worst the bought one. 🙂

Ingredients:

1 doughnut preferably homemade meatloaf oil for frying For potato chip dough: 500 g of potatoes 100 g smooth flour or as desired 3-4 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs of eggplant mayo pepper salt

Procedure:

  • Coarsely grate the washed, peeled potatoes, then add the flour, egg, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and marjoram to the potatoes, mix
  • Slice the chopped potatoes into slices about one centimeter thick
  • .Put some of the potato pancake batter in a pan with well heated oil, spread it out, put a slice or two slices of meatloaf on the batter, depending on how big the pancake is, cover the meatloaf with another layer of potato pancake batter, carefully turn it over and fry the potato pancake from the other side
  • Let the hot potato pancakes drip off the oil on paper towels.
  • Recommendation:

    Serve just like that, preferably with some vegetable salad.
