Meatballs (without rice) in tomato sauce

700 g ground beef 2 pcs egg 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 2 KL salt ground black pepper sweet red ground pepper 1 KL curry pepper
Paradise sauce
600 ml tomato puree bay leaf 1 KL salt 1 handful sugar 3 pcs new black pepper basil

You can also use a mix of beef and pork. When I ground my meat I threw in both onion and garlic at the same time. Mix the other ingredients together.

You can also grind 1 carrot if you want, I just used corn chips, just enough to form balls with wet hands. I then coated them with a little plain flour and put them in the pan, just to pull the meat off a little.

Make the base of the sauce. Pour the puree, I use from dm or vid photo. Put the other ingredients in the puree and cook. Put less water to thin the sauce at the beginning, then you can add more, depending on how thick you want the sauce to be.

Toss the meatballs into the sauce and cook until tender. If the sauce needs thickening use solamyl. Serve with boiled potatoes.
