Meatballs with surimi sticks

250 g surimi sticks 2 pk egg 1 pk shallot 2 cloves garlic a little breadcrumbs 1 tbsp lime juice 1 pinch crushed cumin 1 pinch marjoram to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little oil for frying
step
1. Pour hot water over the crab sticks and remove them from their wrappers. Then cut them into smaller pieces together with the onion. Add the garlic and blend the mixture using a blender. 2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, lime juice and mix a thick mixture. If it is not thick enough add some breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into 12 equal meatballs, coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
