Meatballs with chorizo

For tonight we present you this recipe for meatballs with chorizo, which you can serve with a salad of gnocchi and Vegetable Recipes for example or a pan-fried mushrooms with potatoes.
The preparation is quite simple and does not really require special skills to be successful. Younger kids will be well served with these chorizo meatballs, which they will surely want to accompany with ketchup or a homemade tomato sauce.
Ingredients for about 25 meatballs:
2 SP – Green / 1 SP – Blue / 1 SP – Purple
500 g ground beef 100 g strong chorizo 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 egg 2 tablespoons wholemeal bread preferably 100 ml skimmed milk Parsley 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by pouring the milk into a bowl and put the wholemeal bread in it, peel the garlic and onion and cut them into pieces, then cut the chorizo into pieces.
Smell the bread and put it with the onion, garlic, onion, chorizo , oil and ground meat in a blender. Add salt and pepper and then mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture, then put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Shape the dumplings with the preparation, then place them on an oven tray, covered with baking paper.
Put the chorizo meatballs to bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes, decorate with chopped parsley before serving accompanied by a salad.
