Meatballs stuffed with eggs
For example, on the Easter table, this cake made of minced meat, eggs and other ingredients looks great and tastes great too!

Procedure:
1. Boil the 7 eggs in hard boiling water, i.e. boil for 8-10 minutes, then cool and peel them cold
2. Mix the minced meat with 3 eggs, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, mustard and tomato puree
3. Add peeled, finely chopped onion and garlic, sausages, chives and parsley to the mixture, season with a pinch of mace, mix everything thoroughly
4. Fill the mould with half of the meat mixture, cover the surface evenly with hard-boiled whole eggs and finally finish the mould with the rest of the minced meat
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approximately one hour 60 minutes, then turn the cake upside down, place on a baking tray and bake for a further 40 minutes
7. Serve the sliced savoury cake both hot and cold, either with variously prepared potatoes or fresh bread and sweet and sour pickles.
