Meatballs in fruit sauce

500 g pork shoulder 1 KL salt 1/2 KL ground black pepper 1 KL ground red pepper 1/2 KL ground nutmeg 60 g hard grated cheese 1 tin peeled tomatoes 1 pk onion 1 pk egg 3 tbsp oil 1/2 KL ground cinnamon 1/4 KL chilli powder 125 g dried apricots 50 g almond flakes a little oil for frying
procedure
1. Chop the almond chips into smaller pieces and fry them on both sides in a dry frying pan. Grind the meat, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and ground red pepper. Add the cheese, egg and form a compact mass. 2. Shape the mass into balls and fry them in a frying pan in hot oil. Set them aside. 3. In a larger frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the chopped apricots, cinnamon, chilli, chopped peeled tomatoes and 100 ml of water. Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes. 4. Then add the meatballs, almonds and let it all heat up.
