Meat patties with bacon and cheese

Recipe from Sweden. Baked patties baked with English bacon and cheese.

Ingredients:

300 g ground beef 100 g of ground veal 20 g fat 4 pcs large thin slices of bacon 4 pcs slices of hard cheese 1 piece of egg

1 dl milk 4 tbsp breadcrumbs ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs with milk and breadcrumbs
2. Add the minced meat, ground pepper, salt and work into a smooth dough to make 4 patties
3. Wrap them in bacon, which we pinch with a rolling pin, put them in hot fat and bake in a hot oven heated to 190 °C for about 20 minutes, occasionally basting with the juices
4. Then place a slice of cheese on each patty and bake until the cheese is melted.
