Recipe preparation
1 Cut the meat of your choice into noodles (can also be cut into medallions), sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Remove the fried meat to a heated plate so that it does not cool immediately and add your favourite cheese to the fat, let it melt over a low heat, stirring continuously, then add the cream, let it boil for a very short time and the cheese sauce is ready.
