Meat and chilli meatballs with pea porridge

ingredients

200 g peas 1 handful parsley pcs salt

500 g pork mince 1 pk chilli pepper 4 cloves garlic 1 pk red onion 3 tbsp sweet red pepper 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ground black pepper 100 g cheese pk oil

Pork patties with tasty peas…

Soak the peas in water for 24 hours. Then pour off the water and put it in a pot. Pour the water so that it is about above the level of the peas.

Cook the peas until tender and then blend everything and add a handful of parsley.

Now make the meatballs.

Add sweet red pepper, black pepper and salt (do not spare)

From this mixture, form oval meatballs and fry them in oil.

Then put the meatballs and the fat into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Place the meatballs on top of the mushy peas and serve. Enjoy!
