With this recipe, you can make your own Chicken McNuggets using whey protein powder.
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 lb. ground chicken
-1/2 cup whey protein powder
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 cup milk
-1/4 cup water
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-6 tablespoons bread crumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, whey protein powder, all-purpose flour, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and water.
4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Dip chicken pieces in milk mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
6. Fry chicken in the skillet until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
7. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
