Mayonnaise salad with smoked salmon

800 g potatoes 4 pcs young onions 200 ml hot meat broth 4 tbsp wine vinegar 1 pcs avocado 200 g smoked salmon 5 tbsp mayonnaise 100 g sour relish cream 3 tbsp horseradish 3 pcs hard-boiled egg to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Wash the potatoes and their skins thoroughly and boil them in lightly salted water until tender. Drain, let cool and cut into small cubes. Clean the young onions, cut them into rounds and add them to the potatoes. 2. Season the meat broth with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and let them stand for 20 minutes. 3. In the meantime, peel and chop the avocado and salmon and add everything to the potatoes. 4. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and horseradish and stir into the salad. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate at least overnight.
