Matjesový salát II.

Fish salad from Denmark.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 300 g of matjes 100 g mayo 2 pcs hard boiled egg 2 pcs apple 2-3 pcs potatoes cooked in skin and peeled 3 tablespoons sterilized beetroot 2 tablespoons oil horseradish vinegar

Post:

1. Peel the apples, remove the cores and grate into coarse noodles
2. Add finely chopped beetroot, finely grated horseradish, salt, vinegar mixed with mayonnaise and mix everything together
3. Cut the matjes into noodles, the potatoes and eggs into cubes and mix them with the oil and the apple mixture
