Masové pirožky

Good hot and cold. Pierogies stuffed with meat filling are great for dinner and breakfast, or maybe for afternoon tea.

Ingredients:

For the pastry: 500 g of flour 60 g of yeast

1 packet of breadcrumbs 0.5 l milk 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt oil for frying milk for sourdough For filling: 1 kg of beef 1 pk onions bean leaf pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Make a sourdough starter with yeast, a little lukewarm milk, sugar and salt, then let it rise
2. Pour the sourdough starter into the milk, add mayonnaise and flour and knead the dough, let it rise for 30 minutes

Preparation of filling:
1. Boil the meat in a small amount of water, then grind it on a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and broth (in which we cooked the meat).
2. Leave in the fridge until all the liquid has soaked into the meat.
