Mashed potatoes baked in the oven

1 kg potatoes 50 g butter 50 g hard cheese to taste salt, milk

1. Drain them, mash them and mix them with warm milk and a knob of butter to a smooth mash. 2. Grease a baking dish and fill with mash. Sprinkle everything with finely grated cheese and bake in the oven.
