Salmon fillets can be served as part of cold platters, on white bread sandwiches or in one-pot meals.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sprinkle the bottom of a flat-bottomed glass or ceramic container (such as a glass baking dish) evenly with salt and sugar
2. Pour in the juice of the lemons and oranges, stir
3. Finally, add the chopped herbs (2-3 handfuls), mix again
4. Place the salmon fillet in the prepared marinade so that it is completely submerged, preferably skin side up, weigh it down (for example with the other part of the baking dish) and put it in the fridge for 3 days to marinate
