Marinated Cod
Cracker cooked in vegetable broth, covered with jelly, served cold.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, add the bones and skin of the cod and boil everything for 20 minutes, remembering to salt
2. Do not forget to add the broth, strain the broth, clean the cod, wash it, cut the meat from the bone and cut it into equal pieces
3. Put the meat into the boiling broth, add vinegar to taste and cook slowly on the edge of the stove for about 10 minutes
4. Dissolve gelatine in part of the broth and pour this broth over the meat, letting it cool.
Recommendation:
Serve vinegar, sour horseradish or cold sauces with the fish.
