Marinated Chicken Drumsticks

A great New Year’s Eve treat, chicken drumsticks marinated in a spicy marinade, smothered in the oven until tender.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 12 pcs of chicken drumsticks

6 pcs of mini tomatoes 4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs peppers 1 pcs onion 1 pc bean leaf

1 pc young onions 1 sprig of rosemary 1 sprig of thyme 125 ml dry white wine 3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tsp ground sweet paprika 1 tsp sugar pinch of allspice salt fresh herbs for garnish

Procedure:

1. Rinse the chicken drumsticks thoroughly, pat dry and place in a bowl
2. Mix the wine with balsamic vinegar, sliced onion and bay leaves, pour the finished marinade over the chicken drumsticks
3. Wrap the bowl with the meat in food foil and put it in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours
4. Remove the prepared chicken from the marinade, drain and fry it on all sides in hot oil, transfer the fried drumsticks to a baking dish and pour the marinade mixed with ketchup, ground paprika, soy sauce and chopped thyme and rosemary
5. In a preheated oven at 180 °C, simmer the meat covered for 15 minutes
6. Cut the tomatoes, cut the peppers into noodles, cut the washed onion into pieces, add all the Vegetable Recipes to the meat and simmer covered for another 15 minutes
7. Finally, season the dish with salt, ground pepper and sugar
8. Garnish the finished drumsticks with chopped fresh herbs and serve with soft bread.
