Mangalitsa meat can be bought commonly in supermarket chains and can be prepared comparably to wild game. Sunday lunch as a snack. 1. Purchased meat. 2. Cut the meat into larger cubes. 3. Chop onion finely and fry in the grease from the mangalitsa, add a few pieces of bacon and fry briefly. 4. Add the meat and stir-fry. 5. Add paprika, flour, stir, add wine and water. 6. Season with salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaf, thyme, juniper berries and cloves. 7. Simmer covered. 8. Add the mushrooms and continue to simmer until everything is soft. 9. Serve with bun dumplings and cranberries. Since I didn’t have cranberries, which is a shame, I added some currants.
