Pre-prepared fried meat cones served as fondue.

Procedure:
1. Grind the meat and fillets, mix with egg whites, starch, salt, pepper, glutasol and a spoonful of red wine
2. Form the resulting mass into small rolls or balls and then fry them in hot oil, divide them into individual portions
3. Drain the juice from the mandarin compote and mix it with sugar and wine, finally stir in the walnuts and simmer
4. Divide the mandarins into individual portions
5. Arrange the bowls on the table and place the pot with the boiling brine of mandarin juice and other ingredients in the centre of the table

A suitable side dish is white bread.
Soak the pieces of meat in the brine with the tangerine and have a nice conversation.
