Mamaliga (corn porridge)

Mamaliga prepared according to the above ratio of ingredients will be a little softer and creamier, according to your own preference you can add corn flour to thicken.

Ingredients:

150 g of cornflour 50 g of butter 800 ml water 1/2 tsp salt (parmesan)

Procedure:

  • Place the cornmeal, salt and water in the inner pot of a multicooker, and stir until the ingredients are combined.
  • Set the “Stew” program for 15-20 minutes without the lid on. Once the mixture starts to cook, keep stirring it so that no lumps form.
  • After the multicooker program is finished, add the butter and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and mix well.
