Malvina’s Roasted Beetroot with Goat Cheese

Healthy yet tasty recipe based on Malvina, the heroine of the TV series Fire Chicken, broadcast on TV Prima. It’s actually a roasted beetroot along with pastiche, goat’s cheese and other goodies.

Ingredients:

3-4 pcs of beetroot (depends on size) 6-8 pcs of beetroot (popularly known as pastinak) 300 g of goat cheese 2-3 tbspliquid honey 4 tsp pickled ginger 1-2 tsp soy miso paste freshly ground black pepper balsamic vinegar olive oil salt

Procedure:

1. Peel (trim) the beetroot, then cut it into wedges, arrange them in a baking dish
2. Add the cleaned, sliced parsnips to the beetroot
3. Drizzle the Vegetable Recipes in the baking dish with olive oil, season with balsamic vinegar, honey and soy miso paste
4. Finally, add the marinated ginger and chopped goat cheese
5. Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 200 °C and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes
6. Serve immediately, still warm.

Recommendation:

Work with beets with gloves, they stain and then can not be washed!
