Ingredients:
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
1. Pour the tomatoes into the food strainer.
2. Add the onion, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cloves to the food strainer.
3. Place the food strainer over a bowl.
4. Press the handle of the food strainer to release the tomato sauce into the bowl.
5. Discard the solids in the food strainer.
6. Use the tomato sauce immediately or refrigerate for later use.
