Homemade French cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat the butter on the fire and add to the crumbled curd
2. Add all the spices except the whole peppercorns, mix and rub carefully for a few minutes, finally leave in a bowl to set in the fridge until the next day
3. In a mortar and pestle, roughly crush the peppercorns and prepare the board
4. Shape the curd mixture into four thick pancakes and coat them in the coarsely pounded pepper
5. Wrap the pepper-coated cheeses in foil and store in the refrigerator.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread and wash down preferably with wine.
