Mackerel spread

ingredients

250 g canned mackerel 100 g butter 2 pcs egg yolk 1 pcs onion a little ground black pepper a little lemon juice

procedure

Pass the preserved fish and the brine, butter and cooked egg yolks through a fine sieve and mix well with finely chopped onion, ground black pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.

Serve the spread on the sandwich crumbs. It can be garnished with Vegetable Recipes to taste.
