60 g smoked bacon 40 g plain flour 1,5 litres cabbage 1/2 kg potatoes 300 g sauerkraut

step

1.

Crackle the bacon, add the flour and make the roux.

Pour in the cabbage – water from the cabbage, add the separately cooked cabbage and boil together.

3.

Finally add peeled and chopped boiled potatoes.
