Procedure:
1. Place flour on a rolling pin and crumble in butter the size of a hazelnut
2. Stir in one egg and add salt to taste
3. Work the dough and roll it out
4. Cut it into squares and then roll small macaroons on a thin stick
5. Dry in the air, but under a towel so they don’t harden

Recommendation:
They are nice and good after cooking as a decoration, for example, around meat.
