Ingredients for 4 parts:
300 g ground meat 240 g macaroni 250 g mushrooms 1 onion 1 red bell pepper 3 tablespoons tomato coulis 1 tablespoon salted soy sauce Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Clean and slice the mushrooms thinly, then cut the bell pepper into pieces.
Chop the onion and fry it in a pan, then add the peppers and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the ground meat, tomato coulis, and soy sauce, add salt and pepper then leave for 10 minutes.
Add the pasta and mix it all together, then leave for 2-3 minutes, and finally remove from the heat and serve your macaroni with mushrooms and ground meat.
