Macaroni mixed spice herb recipe

Macaroni and cheese is a classic dish that everyone loves. This version is made with a mix of spices and herbs, and it’s absolutely delicious.

1 pound macaroni
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Here’s how to make it:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until just warm.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and salt and cook for 1 minute.
Add warm milk to the butter mixture and whisk until smooth. Cook for 1 minute, or until mixture thickens.
Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper. Add cooked macaroni and stir until well coated.
