Luxurious pork tongue with homemade dumplings recipe

2 Remove the tongues and let them rest. Place the chopped Vegetable Recipes in the Pascal’s pot and season with salt. Then add the spices (put all the spices in a tea bag or a tea strainer so you don’t have to look for the balls), cover everything with hot water, put the tongues in and cook at maximum pressure for 30 minutes. 3 Then reduce the pressure in the pot, remove and peel the tongues from the skin and proceed to make the sauce. Take out the spice balls and bay leaf and mix everything to the consistency of Kresge mustard. If the sauce is too thick, you can boil it a little or thicken it with flour, but I don’t think so, there is always enough sauce and it’s beautifully creamy when mixed 😛

4 After turning off the stove, season the dressing with salt and stir in a full cup of cream. 5 Pour the meat sauce on the plate, put the meat on top of the sauce and enjoy the homemade dumplings with the whole family. Enjoy!
