Low carb gluten free dough recipe that will fold for making plachenda/blachenda

Hey everyone! In this post, I’m sharing a low carb and gluten free dough recipe that can be used for making plachenda or blachenda. This dough is easy to work with and can be used for a variety of purposes. Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in the olive oil or melted butter until well combined.
Add the water and mix until a dough forms.
Place dough on a piece of parchment paper and roll out to desired thickness.
Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter or knife.
Place shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
This dough can be used for making plachenda, blachenda, or any other type of pastry
