Lotus cheesecake with salted caramel

150 g oat flour 170 g apple puree 1 pinch of salt 2 pk egg 1 tsp cinnamon ground 1 tbsp protein powder- vanilla flavour
Filling
500 g semi-fat cottage cheese 1 pk Golden cob 40 g Dr.Oetker 2 tbsp bee honey 1 tbsp protein powder- vanilla flavour 1 pk egg
Filling
150 g dates 1/2 cup water 1 pinch of salt 8 pk Lotus biscuits

Lotus cheesecake is suitable for any occasion. It will make any family celebration , Sunday afternoon and turn even the most ordinary day into a delicious and magical one.

Prepare the crust by mixing oat flour, applesauce, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs. Add cinnamon and protein.

Prepare a cake tin and put baking paper on the bottom. Press the dough onto the paper and place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare the filling by mixing the egg, cottage cheese, golden cob, honey and protein.

Remove the cake after 5 minutes and let it cool for a while. Put the woodpeckers in a mug,which you salt and pour water over. Prepare the salted caramel.

When the shell is cool, pour the filling and bake for another 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

After the casing has cooled, spread the salted caramel on top. Leave the whole cheesecake in the fridge overnight and decorate with Lotus crackers once cooled. Enjoy 🙂
