Lost Egg Sandwich

Quickly prepared and very tasty recipe. Toasted slices of bread smeared with butter, topped with a lost egg, slices of chicken breast ham of the highest quality, still smoked and slices of Dutch gouda.

Ingredients:

For one serving: 2 pieces of sliced bread 1 piece slice of Dutch gouda 1 pc lost egg 3 pc slices of chicken breast ham of the highest quality, for example from the Klatovy Poultry Factory 1 teaspoon of butter + to spread on bread head parsley for garnish

Procedure:

Prepare the lost eggs, lightly fry the bread slices in a hot pan with a knob of butter.

Place the toasted bread on a plate, you can add a bit more solid butter for better flavor and then gradually place three slices of ham, a slice of cheese and cover with a second slice.

Place the lost egg carefully on the bread and garnish with fresh parsley. And you’ve got a delicious breakfast ready to fork, quick and easy.
