Lobster Salad
Cooked piece of larger lobster or canned lobster meat mixed with mayonnaise and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. 1. Boil for about 20 minutes
3. Then let it cool in the broth
4. Cut the cooled lobster lengthwise with a thick knife, remove the guts from the tail meat and remove the meat
5. Then cut the links connecting the claws to the shell and remove the meat
6. Cut the lobster (canned meat) into small pieces, add finely chopped eggs, drained, finely chopped olives, chopped celery and capers
7. Finally, pour the mayonnaise over the salad and mix gently
8. Serve the salad well chilled.
