Lobster on tomatoes
Bites of crawfish meat stewed with tomatoes and onions, covered with white wine.

Procedure:
1. Fry the onion cut into thin slices in hot oil
2. Add the tomatoes, steamed, peeled and quartered
3. Briefly sauté, season with salt and pepper, pour in the wine and simmer for a few minutes
4. Serve as a hot or cold dish.
