Lobster Dumplings

From canned crawfish prepared tasty appetizer.

Ingredients:

200 g of canned crawfish 50 g of ham (mushrooms) 1/4 l of milk 5 tbsp oil 5 tbsp smooth flour 1 tablespoon freshly chopped onion 2 pcs eggplant cloves muscadine flower tr>

ground pepper salt fat for frying

Procedure:

1. Fry finely chopped onion in hot oil
2. Add the finely chopped ham (mushrooms), stir in the plain flour, fry, dilute with milk and cook into a thick porridge
3. Make dumplings from the cold dough, roll in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fry until crispy in a higher layer of hot fat.
