Loaf of zucchini bread recipe

This delicious and healthy loaf of zucchini bread is the perfect breakfast or snack! It’s packed with nutrients and is so easy to make. You can even add chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit to give it a little extra flavor.

Ingredients:

1 cup zucchini, shredded

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the zucchini, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

3. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean
