Liver Soup from Two Livers

A very quick and filling soup prepared by briefly simmering two liver.

Ingredients:

2 pcs of liver in a casing 1 pc garlic cloves 1/2 pcs of butternut squash 1.25 l water spike of marjoram green parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Stir the meaty mixture of the two livers here in hot water
2. Add the garlic, rubbed with salt, a pinch of marjoram, half a cube of masox and let everything boil
3. Finally, add chopped green parsley.
