Liver Soup

Brown soup with liver filling.

Ingredients:

250 g of liver 5 g of fat 5 g smooth flour 2 l water onions root Vegetable Recipes green stem pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the chopped Vegetable Recipes and liver in the fat
2. Add the onion later so it doesn’t darken
3. Dust the Vegetable Recipes and liver with flour and lightly fry
4. Pour in water and cook for about 30 minutes until the liver is soft
5. Bring to the boil (see beef soup starters)
6. Pepper and salt the soup at the end, when you add the celery seed.

Recommendation:

– This soup is especially good with rice or grits.
