Liver Pudding with Mushrooms

Press mixed from chopped liver, mushrooms, buns and other ingredients, cooked in a press bag.

Ingredients:

400 g of chicken liver 200 g oyster mushrooms 100 g bacon 100 g ham 4 pcs croissants 2 pcs hard boiled egg 2 pcs fresh eggs 1 tbsp lard grilling spices

Procedure:

1. Cut the rolls into small cubes, add the chopped liver, bacon, ham, mushroom, hard boiled eggs and stir in the beaten fresh eggs and lard … mash with your hands, season the mixture with plenty of salt, pepper and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning and marjoram
2. Fill the mixture into a piping bag, tie on both sides and cook slowly in water (put the piping bag in cold water and only slowly start cooking), cook on low heat for about 1 hour
