Liver in Bacon Basket

Liver wrapped in English bacon, roasted on the grill or in the oven under the grill with halloumi cheese, served with cherry tomatoes and black olives.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sprinkle half of the liver with barbecue seasoning, the other half with Provençal seasoning, season with salt, wrap each piece in bacon and tie with a toothpick
2. Grill both the liver and cheese slices on the grill grate or under the grill in the oven
4. Place a slice of cheese on top of each liver sandwich, garnish with black olives, cherry tomatoes and basil sprigs, and serve immediately with white bread.
