Cooked beets cut into pieces and mixed with kefir, cream, egg and dill.

Procedure:
1. Boil the beetroot in its skin, clean and cut into pieces
2. Salt and whisk the kefir
3. Add the boiled water, chopped beetroot, dill, onion and put in the fridge
4.
Recommendation:
Hot boiled potatoes sprinkled with dill go well with cold borscht.
