Liptovské bryndzové gnocchi

750 g potatoes to taste salt 300 g plain flour 150 g bryndza 100 g bacon

Graze the peeled potatoes, add salt and flour and mix it thoroughly. Pass the batter through a sieve with large holes into boiling salted water. When the gnocchi float to the surface, remove them with a hole-punched ladle.

On a plate, mix the gnocchi with the bryndza and pour over the cooked bacon.
