Mix the dough with all the ingredients and put it in the fridge for an hour.

Divide the dough into smaller parts and roll out in batches.Cut out different shapes from the rolled out dough, I used rounds.

Place the rounds on a dry baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, bind with the spicy jam. Sprinkle the top of the cakes with icing sugar.
