Linguine aglio olio e peperoncino

Cooked pasta with garlic, chilli and ciabatta, sprinkled with parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package so that it is al dente or bite-sized, drain it and let it drain
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add peeled, thinly sliced garlic cloves, cleaned, finely chopped chilli pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes
3. Add the grated ciabatta crumb (cut the ciabatta, remove the crumb and tear it into pieces), fry it until golden brown, then remove the pan from the heat
4. Add the cooked, drained pasta to the base, mix everything together, season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Note:
Ciabatta – An Italian bread looking like an eyelid, served usually rubbed with garlic, fried in olive oil and sprinkled with cheese as a side dish for soups and dishes. It is made from white or brown flour combined with olive oil and seasoned with herbs, which are either mixed into the dough or sprinkled on top.
