Lingonberry pie

A lingonberry pie made with a crumb base tastes great with fresh or frozen lingonberries.

Ingredients for 6 people

Crumb dough

150g butter 1 dl cane sugar 1 egg 3 1/2 dl wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt

150g lingonberries for topping (thawed frozen) 250g milk cream 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar 1/2 dl cane sugar

Lähde the crumb dough to start; whisk together butter and sugar. Then whisk in the egg. Mix the dry ingredients together first, then stir into the crumb dough. Knead the dough until smooth.

Lay the dough on the bottom of the pie dish. Stir in the sugars and cream cheese. Spread the crumb mixture on the pie plate. Press the lingonberries into the cream and smooth the top.

Bake the lingonberry pie in a 180C oven for 30-40 minutes, so that the crust is cooked.
