Lightweight Madeleines recipe

Here’s the recipe for light madeleines, fat-free cupcakes that are always a pleasure to accompany coffee at snack time.

Ingredients for 15 madeleines: – 1 point / madeleine –

2 eggs 100 g cottage cheese 20% 5 tablespoons sweetener 1 packet vanilla sugar 100 g flour 5 tablespoons skim milk 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Beat the eggs with the sweetener then add the cottage cheese, milk, flour and yeast, then mix well.
Pour the preparation into madeleine molds then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
