Light zucchini and ham quiche WW

Here is the recipe for light quiche with zucchini and ham WW, a tasty quiche, easy and simple to make for a light meal with a good salad.

Ingredients for 6 people: – 8 sp / person –

1 light shortcrust pastry ( Recipe Here) 500 g zucchini 150 g white ham in cubes 150 g ricotta 3 eggs 40 g parmesan 150 ml skim milk 120 g fresh cream 4% mg 2 teaspoons olive oil salt, pepper.

Preparation:

In a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the chopped shallot for a few minutes.
Wash the zucchini and slice them then add them to the frying pan and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the ham cubes and leave for another 2 minutes then set aside.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk, cream and ricotta then add the parmesan, salt, pepper and mix well.
Add the zucchini and ham and mix.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan then prick it with a fork.
Pour the preparation on the bottom of the pie then fold the edges of the pastry.
Preheat the oven to 180° then put it in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
