Light yogurt cake
Here is the recipe for light yogurt cake, a tasty vanilla flavored cake that is easy and simple to make for a gourmet snack.
Ingredients for 8 parts:
120 g flour 50 g cornstarch 2 eggs 5 g sweetener 150 ml 0% yogurt 50 g applesauce 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 packet baking powder
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sweetener for 5 minutes, then add the yogurt and vanilla extract and mix.
Then add the flour, cornstarch, applesauce and yeast and mix again until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper, then put your light yoghurt cake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°.
